As in health this area is poorly attended to by most 3rd
world governments- each time they site lack of funds.
There are cheap ways to solve these problems if governments,
NGOs, and several agencies would allow neutral people
like consultants to study the problems. A great deal would
be achieved if consultants handled some of these. In water
supply especially- most communities of the region currently
have some form of water supply or another. Our consultants
have researched that essentially the problem here is making
exsisting supplies healthier and more abundant; a simpler
and less costly proposition which our experts would handle
easily and speedily. |
